Hello, my name is Joel Depew. I make enough money to live at this location and just wanted to send a message to see if I would be somebody that you would rent to. full disclosure I am a felon, I did 31 months from April 2017 to November 2020. I finished all of my probationary responsibilities and was released from All State custody in January. I am on the S.O. registry, and while yes I do understand that this presents a potential problem, I just need someone to understand that I am not my crime. I have been with the current company that I work for for the last 3 years and I am looking to get my first place since being released. I'm currently in the process of rebuilding all of my credit and I know that my credit score is currently right around 600. please let me know if I would be someone that you would be willing to rent to. I also really, really like the monthly rent. I would be willing to sign a longer lease, as I am looking for a place to rent to for the next 2 to 3 years while I save up for a down payment on a house
