Question

Will there be mowing of the yard and cleaning pests around the home?

AI reason: Leasing agent escalated this question to TGPM.

Answer History

For this home, lawncare and pest control both fall under tenant responsibility. If you are referring to the current state of the home, we can always bring these issues up to the property manager and discuss having a final mow and cleaning done before move-in.
